Tủ Mây collects, catalogues, stores and returns your belongings. Storage is provided in facilities operated by our partner MyStorage.
Storage is billed monthly in advance at the price confirmed in your booking. Prepaid terms of 3, 6 or 12 months carry the published discounts. Prices exclude VAT unless stated.
You confirm the items are yours and contain nothing illegal, dangerous, perishable or alive. We photograph items at pickup; the catalogue is the record of what we hold.
Deliveries and additional pickups are charged per trip at published rates. Items are released only to the account holder or a person they authorize.
Cancel within the first 30 days and we return everything free. After that, storage runs to the end of the paid term.
Items are covered by the protection plan confirmed with your booking, up to 100,000,000 VND. Beyond that, liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected period.
Your name, phone, email, address, booking details, and photographs of the items you store.
To operate the service: bookings, the item catalogue, deliveries, and contacting you about your storage. We do not sell your data.
On our own systems and infrastructure providers used to run the service.
Ask us to correct or delete your data at any time via the contact page; we keep only what an active storage contract requires.
