Two numbers. Storage is monthly: Small 1,550,000, Medium 3,050,000, Large 6,150,000 VND, air-conditioned. Collection and return is a one-off: 5,100,000, 8,900,000 or 16,600,000 VND. Standard (no air-conditioning) is cheaper, and you can choose one-way if you only need us to collect.
Yes. Prepaid 3 months takes 5% off, 6 months 10%, 12 months 15%.
It is already in the one-off fee, along with packing, materials, the truck and the crew. There are no surcharges for distance or stairs.
Cancel within the first 30 days and we return everything free.

Every item is photographed at pickup and filed into your personal dashboard at tumay.vn/account. Your login is created when your first booking is confirmed.
Tap Deliver on any item in your dashboard, or message your concierge. The final return is included in your fee; an extra trip before then is 700,000 VND.
